Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jeero field service management platform, including our websites, web application, and mobile apps (together, the "Service"), operated by Jeero ("Jeero," "we," "our," or "us"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, checking the box to accept these Terms, continuing with a third-party sign-in, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. The Service
Jeero provides a platform that enables service businesses to schedule and dispatch work, manage jobs and crews, track time and mileage, invoice customers, accept payments, and communicate with customers via SMS and other channels. The features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. If you invite team members or grant them access, you are responsible for their use of the Service and for ensuring they comply with these Terms. Notify us promptly at support@getjeero.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. We may offer a free trial for a limited period; at the end of the trial your paid subscription begins and the plan fee is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), and your payment method is charged the then-current fee until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to store your payment method and charge it on a recurring basis. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes, for which you are responsible where applicable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may change our fees on prospective notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
5. Payments and Platform Fees
If you use Jeero to accept payments from your own customers, payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe's terms, which you must accept to onboard. You — not Jeero — are the merchant of record for those transactions and are solely responsible for the goods and services you sell and for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and any applicable taxes. Jeero charges a platform fee on payments processed through the Service, as disclosed in the app or your plan; this fee is in addition to Stripe's processing fees. Jeero is not a bank or money transmitter and does not hold your funds; settlement is handled by Stripe. We are not responsible for delays, holds, or actions taken by the payment processor.
6. Messaging Your Customers
If you use the Service to send SMS or other messages to your customers, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary consents from the recipients and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, carrier requirements, and applicable do-not-call rules. You must not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, you must honor opt-out requests promptly, and you must provide accurate sender information. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send.
7. SMS Program (Message Recipients)
If you provide your phone number and opt in — during booking, service signup, or by agreeing to receive messages from a business using Jeero — you consent to receive SMS messages such as appointment reminders, job updates, invoices and billing notifications, and customer support communications. Message frequency varies with service activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for assistance. After opting out you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
8. Location Tracking
The Service includes optional GPS location tracking of field workers while they are clocked in, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you enable location tracking for your organization, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for providing any notice to, and obtaining any consent from, your workers that applicable law requires. Workers may decline or withdraw location permission at any time in their device settings, and the app remains usable without it. You agree not to use location data in any way that violates applicable privacy or employment laws.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not: use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except as permitted by law; scrape, resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed; or use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications. We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts that violate this section.
10. Your Data
As between you and Jeero, you own the data you and your team submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Data solely as needed to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data and for having the rights necessary to submit it. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Jeero or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Mapbox (maps and address lookup), and providers of SMS, email, and push notifications. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their acts or omissions. A reference to any third party is not an endorsement.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that it will meet your requirements, or that messages or data will always be delivered. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeero and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, any delay or failure in message or data delivery and any interruption of third-party services. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to Jeero for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jeero and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Data, the messages you send to customers, your acceptance of payments, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you may delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination. Data deletion and retention following termination are described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date or notifying you within the Service. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@getjeero.com.
19. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan or order terms, are the entire agreement between you and Jeero regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
