SMS Terms

Jeero is the platform service companies use to run their jobs. When you hire one of those companies, they can send you text messages about your appointment through Jeero. This page explains that messaging program.

1. The Program

Texts are sent by the service company you hired, using Jeero as their messaging provider. They are transactional notifications about work you requested — never marketing, and never shared with or sold to anyone else.

2. What You Receive

Appointment confirmations, appointment reschedules and cancellations, a reminder the day before a visit, a message when the crew is on the way, a message when work starts, a message when the job is complete, and a notice when an invoice is sent to you.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the work you booked — typically a handful of messages per visit.

4. How You Opt In

You opt in by ticking the SMS consent box when you submit a request on a company's Jeero request form, or by telling the company directly that they can text you when you book by phone or in person. Consent is never required to buy anything, and the company records when you gave it. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help.

5. How to Stop Messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts immediately. You can also ask the company to turn texts off for you at any time. Email notifications continue unless you ask to stop those too.

6. Getting Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact the service company directly. For platform issues, contact us at support@getjeero.com.

7. Cost

Jeero and the service company do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your Data

Your mobile number is used only to send you these notifications. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
