Why I built this
I have run lawn crews in North Carolina since 2005. C&C Property Maintenance serves Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Cary and Wake Forest, and for most of those years the software was the part of the business I liked least.
Every tool I tried was built for someone else. A rained-out Tuesday meant an evening dragging stops one at a time and texting every customer by hand. When a customer was sure we had skipped her week, I had nothing to show her but my word. None of them could tell me what a stop actually earned once you counted the drive. To the people who built those tools, these were afterthoughts. They were my whole week.
So I teamed up with a software engineer and we built Jeero around those mornings. A washed-out day moves in one click and every customer gets a text. Every visit carries photos with a time and a map pin. Every stop shows what it earns. Biweekly lawns keep their rhythm after a rain week.
I run C&C on Jeero every day, and my crews use every feature before it ships. That is what you get as a customer: software that comes from a working lawn company, built by someone who is a customer first.
