Billing and Plans

Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. During the trial every feature is unlocked and there is no seat limit. A banner shows the days left, with a Choose a plan button.

If you subscribe during the trial, the first payment is scheduled for the day the trial ends, so you keep your remaining free days.

Choosing a Plan

Owners and managers open the plans page from Choose a plan in the trial banner, or from the Subscription card on My Company. Prices are shown there.

First pick your Team size:

  • Just me – one seat, no add-on seats.
  • 2-5 people, 6-10 people, 11-15 people – that many seats included, with room to add more (see below).
  • 16 or more – priced individually. Use Contact sales for Enterprise.

Then pick a tier. A tier unlocks the same features at every team size:

  • Starter – jobs, scheduling and dispatch, clients and properties, quotes and invoices, the catalog, route optimization, live GPS tracking and the crew map, time tracking and timesheets, job forms and checklists, online card payments, email notifications and the mobile app.
  • Pro – adds client SMS notifications (on-my-way, arrival and reminder texts) and expense and mileage tracking.
  • Business – adds job overage and incomplete-job alerts, and the Costs, Profitability and Job performance insights.

The tier also sets how many routes you can build per day (see Route Optimization).

Use the Monthly / Annually switch to choose a billing period; annual billing costs less per month. Get started takes you to Stripe’s checkout.

Features outside your plan are hidden from the menus on the web and in the mobile app until you upgrade.

Team Members and Seats

Every active team member, including the owner, uses a seat. Each team size includes a number of seats and, except Just me, lets you buy extra seats up to a ceiling:

  • 2-5 people – 5 seats included, up to 10.
  • 6-10 people – 10 included, up to 15.
  • 11-15 people – 15 included, up to 25.

You can raise the seat count at checkout. Later, the Seats line under your current plan on the plans page shows how many are in use: enter the new count and click Add seats, then review the prorated charge on Stripe before anything is billed. At the ceiling, pick a bigger team size; above 25 people, contact sales about Enterprise.

If your team has more people than the plan you pick can hold, the owner is taken to Choose who stays: select enough people and click Deactivate selected and continue, or choose Pick a bigger team size instead. Deactivated people lose access right away on the web and in the app, keep their hours and job history, and can be reactivated later. The owner’s own seat is never affected. See Team Management.

Managing Your Subscription

Owners and managers manage billing. The Subscription card on My Company shows your plan and its status, with two buttons:

  • Change plan – opens the plans page. Click Switch to this plan on another plan, or flip the billing switch and click Switch to annual billing / Switch to monthly billing on your current one. You review and confirm the change on a Stripe page before anything is billed.
  • Manage billing – opens the Stripe billing portal, where you update your card, see invoices and download receipts. Card details are held by Stripe, not Jeero.

When the Trial Ends or a Payment Fails

If the trial ends without a plan, access is paused until you subscribe. Your data is kept.

  • Owners and managers are sent to the plans page.
  • Crew leads and crew members see an Account Unavailable notice on the web.
  • In the mobile app everyone sees Plan not active, with Check again, a button for each of their other companies, and Sign out. Plans are chosen on the web, not in the app. Hours, photos and expenses recorded offline stay on the phone and sync once the plan is active again.

If a renewal payment fails, owners and managers see a warning with a Manage billing button. The account stays active for 7 days so you can update your card before access is paused.

Accepting Client Payments with Stripe Connect

This is optional and separate from your Jeero subscription. It lets clients pay invoices and quote deposits online by card, with the money going to your own Stripe account.

Only the account owner can set it up: on My Company, click Connect with Stripe in the Payments card. Your email address must be verified first; until it is, the card shows a Resend button instead. If you leave Stripe’s onboarding partway, Continue setup on the same card picks up where you stopped.

See Invoices and Payments for collecting payments.
