Getting Started with Jeero

What Is Jeero?

Jeero is a field service management app that helps you dispatch workers, track jobs in real time, and invoice clients – all from one place. Whether you run a landscaping crew, a cleaning service, an HVAC company, or any other field-based business, Jeero keeps your office and your field teams connected.

The web dashboard gives owners and managers a bird’s-eye view of scheduling, routes, and finances. There are also two mobile experiences: a worker app with everything a field crew needs in their pocket – today’s jobs, optimized routes, time tracking, and photo uploads – and a manager view in the same app, so owners and managers can run day-to-day operations (jobs, clients, crews, schedule, quotes, invoices, and more) without sitting at a desk.

Who Is Jeero For?

Jeero is built for small-to-midsize field service businesses, including:

  • Landscaping and lawn care
  • Residential and commercial cleaning
  • HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Pest control
  • Pool maintenance
  • General contracting and handyman services

If your team travels to client locations to get work done, Jeero is designed for you.

The Four Roles

Every person in Jeero has one of four roles within a company:

Role What They Do
Owner Full control. Manages the company, billing, team, clients, jobs, and invoices.
Manager Handles day-to-day operations: scheduling, dispatching, and client communication.
Crew Lead Leads a crew in the field. Sees crew assignments and reports on job progress.
Crew Member Completes assigned jobs, follows optimized routes, logs time, and uploads photos.

Roles are not strictly office-versus-field. Owners and managers can also do field work themselves – they can be assigned to jobs, clock in, and run jobs just like a crew member, so a one-person operation or a hands-on owner can do everything from a single account.

Tip: A single person can belong to more than one company. If you freelance for multiple businesses, you can switch between them without creating separate accounts.

First Steps

Once you reach your dashboard, here are the things most businesses set up first. There is no forced wizard – tackle them in any order from the sidebar:

  1. Polish your company profile – add your logo, address, and other details from My Company.
  2. Invite your team – send email invitations to managers from the Managers page, and to crew leads and crew members from the Employees page. Each person sets their own password when they accept.
  3. Add your first client – create a client and a service property from Clients.
  4. Create a job – give it a name, pick a client and property, assign a crew, and choose a date from Jobs.

You can always come back and adjust any of these later.

On desktop, the main navigation lives in a sidebar on the left, grouped into sections: dashboard, schedule, and jobs up top; then clients, quotes, invoices, and expenses; then your team (crews, employees, timesheets, mileage, and crew locations); and finally settings (catalog, form templates, and your company profile). Owners and managers also get a Field work link that opens the worker view, so they can run their own assigned jobs without leaving the dashboard.

On mobile, a bottom dock gives you quick access to the core sections, with a More menu for everything else. Owners and managers get the management view described above, while crew members see a streamlined worker view focused on their assigned jobs, routes, and time tracking.

Lists and Tables

Most list pages (jobs, clients, invoices, quotes, expenses, team members, and more) share a consistent layout:

  • Status summary cards at the top show counts for each status so you can see the big picture at a glance.
  • Filter bar lets you narrow results by status, search term, or date range.
  • Sortable columns – Click any column header to sort the table ascending or descending. An arrow indicator shows the current sort direction.
  • Mobile card layout – On smaller screens, tables automatically switch to a card-based layout that is easier to read and tap. Each card shows the key details for that record without horizontal scrolling.

Language

Jeero is available in English and Spanish. On the web, switch languages from your My Account page (the picker is also shown on the public marketing pages before you sign in). On mobile, open the More menu and choose Settings → Language. Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you across devices.

Tip: Bookmark the dashboard page in your browser for one-click access each morning. On mobile, add Jeero to your home screen for an app-like experience.
