Billing and Plans

Free Trial

Every new Jeero account starts with a 30-day free trial – no credit card required. During the trial you have full access to every feature so you can evaluate whether Jeero is the right fit for your business. When the trial ends, simply choose a plan to keep going.

Tip: Use the trial period to set up your team, import clients, and run a few real jobs so you can see Jeero in action before committing.

Choosing a Plan

Jeero plans come in two tracks so you only pay for what fits your operation:

  • Solo – for one-person operations. Every Solo plan covers a single user, with no add-on seats. The day you start paying other people, you move to a Team plan.
  • Team – for businesses with a crew. Team plans come with a bundle of included seats and let you add more as you grow (see Team Members and Seats below).

Within each track there are three feature tiers:

  • Starter – core scheduling, dispatch, quoting, and invoicing.
  • Pro – adds field tools: live GPS tracking and crew map (Team only), job forms and checklists, client SMS notifications, and time tracking.
  • Business – adds the back-office tools: expense and mileage tracking, job overage and incomplete-job alerts, and job performance analytics.

There is also an Enterprise plan with custom pricing for large operations that have outgrown per-seat plans. Enterprise is not self-serve – contact our sales team for a quote.

You can switch plans at any time – there are no long-term contracts. See the plans page for current pricing and the full feature comparison.

Monthly or Annual Billing

You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing saves around 20% compared to paying month to month. Choose your billing period when you pick a plan.

Team Members and Seats

Solo plans are for a single user and don’t offer add-on seats.

Team plans include a bundle of seats in the base price and let you add extra seats for a flat per-seat rate:

  • Team Starter includes 5 seats and can grow to 10.
  • Team Pro includes 10 seats and can grow to 15.
  • Team Business includes 15 seats and can grow to 25.

When you reach a tier’s seat ceiling, move up to the next tier (or to Enterprise above 25 seats) for more capacity. You set your seat count during checkout and can adjust it later from the Stripe billing portal. If your current number of team members already exceeds a plan’s maximum seats, Jeero will point you to Enterprise instead of letting you underbuy.

Plan Features

Some features are unlocked by your plan tier:

  • Pro tiers unlock job forms and checklists, client SMS notifications, time tracking, and – on Team Pro – live GPS tracking and the crew map.
  • Business tiers unlock everything in Pro plus expense tracking, mileage tracking, and job performance insights.

Core features – unlimited jobs, scheduling and dispatch, client and property management, quoting and invoicing, the catalog, route optimization, online card payments, email notifications, and the mobile app – are available on every plan.

Features you haven’t unlocked are hidden across the web app, the mobile app, and the API until you upgrade. During your free trial, every feature is unlocked so you can try them all.

Subscribing During Your Trial

You don’t have to wait until your trial ends to subscribe. If you choose a plan while your trial is still active, your first payment is automatically scheduled for the day your trial ends – so you keep your remaining free days and aren’t charged early.

Subscription Management

Manage your subscription from the My Company page. From here you can:

  • View your current plan and its status.
  • Change your plan.
  • Open the secure billing portal to update your payment method, view invoices, and download receipts.

Only owners and managers can manage billing settings.

Switching Plans

Need more capacity or features? Switch to a different plan at any time from the plans page. Plan changes take effect right away, and Stripe automatically prorates the difference – you’re credited or charged for the unused portion of your current billing period.

Payment Methods

Jeero accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our payment processor. You add and update your card in the Stripe billing portal (see “Billing Portal” below). All payment information is handled securely by Stripe – Jeero never stores your card details.

What Happens When the Trial Ends

If your trial ends and you haven’t chosen a plan, access is paused until you subscribe:

  • Owners and managers are taken straight to the plans page to pick a plan and reactivate the account.
  • Field staff see a notice that the account is inactive until the owner subscribes.

Your data is never deleted – subscribe to a plan and everything is exactly where you left it.

If a renewal payment fails, your account stays active for a short grace period so you have time to update your card before access is paused.

Accepting Client Payments with Stripe Connect

Stripe Connect is a separate, optional feature for collecting payments from your clients – it is not part of your Jeero subscription. Set it up if you want clients to pay their invoices and quote deposits online.

From the My Company page, choose to connect Stripe. The onboarding flow walks you through connecting (or creating) a Stripe account in a few minutes. Once your account is verified and approved, your clients can pay invoices and deposits online by card, and the money is deposited directly into your bank account.

Tip: Enabling online payments typically speeds up collections – clients can pay the moment they receive an invoice.

For full details on sending invoices and collecting client payments, see the Invoices and Payments guide.

Billing Portal

For your payment history, to update your payment method, or to download receipts, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe-hosted billing portal. This is a secure portal provided by Stripe where you have full control over your payment details and subscription.
